CITY OF COLUMBUS v. K. B.: Criminal Trespass and Persistent Disorderly Conduct charges Dismissed

Criminal Trespass and Persistent Disorderly Conduct charges filed by Columbus police against our client, a 23-year old O.S.U. college student, were dismissed in their entirety on January 15, 2014. This was the second alcohol related criminal case filed by Columbus police against this client in less than two months. The first case was resolved by bond forfeiture. In the most case recent case, both charges were completely dismissed. Columbus criminal defense attorney Todd A. Long represented her in both cases.  Our Columbus client is now eligible to request the Court to seal and expunge the records of her arrest and prosecution.
